The Social Media Management CIM Level 6 module recognises that social media usage continues to grow with the proliferation of new platforms and tools.

This module delivers strategic insights into how social media can enable an organisation to reach, nurture, and engage with its target audience.

It provides learners the knowledge and skills to create an effective social media strategy, alongside successful management of social media platforms to drive audience engagement.

Social Media Management is an elective module from Group 3, it can be chosen with electives from Group 1 and Group 2 for the Diploma or Extended Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing

This 10 credit elective module comprises three learning outcomes:

  1. Utilise an integrated social media strategy
  2. Understand how to manage social media
  3. Utilise key measures and tools to analyse social media activities

Assessment: Online Multiple Choice Test

The assessment for Social Media Management is a 50 question, 90 minute onscreen multiple choice test
