About This Module

The Ecommerce CIM Level 6 Diploma module recognises that consumers are increasingly choosing to shop from the comfort of their own homes, and businesses are purchasing online – making ecommerce a must for organisations with relevant offers.

This module provides the knowledge and skills to develop and effective ecommerce proposition as well as understanding of best practice for ecommerce strategy creation.

Learners will gain the ability to create effective inbound marketing strategy to support the Ecommerce offer.

Ecommerce is an elective module from Group 3, it can be chosen with electives from Group 1 and Group 2 for the Diploma or Extended Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing

This 10 credit elective module comprises three learning outcomes:

  1. Utilise a business case for an Ecommerce proposition
  2. Understand best practice in Ecommerce to support site transactions
  3. Implement an effective inbound marketing strategy for Ecommerce

Assessment: Online Multiple Choice Test

The assessment for Ecommerce is a 50 question, 90 minute onscreen multiple choice test
