About This Module

The Content Strategy CIM Level 6 Diploma module recognises that content marketing is fundamental for addressing important audience questions as well as building trust, developing relationships and improving conversions and engagement.

This module provides a strategic approach to content marketing; aligning content with wider corporate and marketing goals.

Learners gain skills enabling the creation an effective content strategy and managing its implementation, including the provision of appropriate copy for a variety of channels and audiences.

Content Strategy is an elective module from Group 2, for the Diploma or Extended Diploma qualification this module, or Brand Proposition, or Customer Journey Optimisation must be selected

This 10 credit elective module comprises three learning outcomes:

  1. Develop a targeted content strategy to meet wider marketing goals
  2. Plan the creation and distribution of effective content
  3. Rationalise effective copy and select appropriate channels for selected target audiences

Assessment: Online Multiple Choice Test

The assessment for Content Strategy is a 50 question, 90 minute onscreen multiple choice test
