Assessment entry and submission
Here is all the information you need for your CIM assessment entry, click on the links to download the documents:
Timetable for April 2023 assessments and draft submissions
– please note the detailed dates for assignment draft submissions and final submission deadlines.
If you aren’t already a CIM member you need to join as an Affiliate (Studying) member, details here
Assessment entry – login to “MyCIM” at cim.co.uk and follow the link to the “Assessment Bookings” after clicking on the “Studying” tab you should see when logged in – this will enable you to register online with CIM for the appropriate assessment. For all assessments you should book “SPA Professional Academy, Pontefract” regardless of your delivery centre or study method.
There is no longer a need for the CIM cover sheet for any submission.

Harvard referencing guide
Do ensure that you listen to the relevant audio podcast for the assessments you are taking – these are available in the Study Resources section accessible through the “MyCIM” tab on the CIM website. They are prepared by the CIM awarding body specifically for each module. The authors have been involved in the development of the assessment and are involved in the examining so their views are important!
The final submission assignments should be uploaded online to the CIM Portal – they will send details about this once you have booked. It is also helpful to send a copy to us for our records, this should be emailed to submission@spa-pa.co.uk For all other modules the requirement is to email a copy to us at submission@spa-pa.co.uk and we forward it to CIM.
